At Justsiply™, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are considered final.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on Justsiply™ are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. Because of this:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • Orders cannot be modified

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout

Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Shipping Issues

Justsiply™ is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Carrier delays once the package has been shipped

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Justsiply™, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in:

  • Your order information being submitted to the payment processor as proof of delivery

  • Your account being restricted from future purchases

We maintain records of:

  • Order confirmations

  • IP addresses

  • Delivery confirmations

  • Customer communications

These records may be used to dispute chargebacks.
